Hayleigh joined the industry 22 years ago as a carer when she was just 17 years old. Since then, Hayleigh has worked in a range of key homecare roles including care coordinator, senior carer and care manager. Now working as a Recruitment Executive for Right at Home, attracting and training new employees, Hayleigh has seen firsthand the evolution of the role of a care professional and understands the critical support requests from our workforce, to enable the delivery of high-quality care for clients of today and the future.
