Gill leads the national Health, Care and Public Law team at international law firm DAC Beachcroft and advises health and social care providers on the rapidly changing legal and regulatory framework within which they operate. She supports providers in managing CQC, criminal and other regulatory scrutiny; represents providers in high profile Court of Protection, High Court, and Tribunal proceedings; and advises on clinical governance and patient safety. Gill has extensive experience in supporting providers who care for individuals with mental health or capacity issues, helping them navigate the complex legal and regulatory regime which operates in respect of patients and residents who cannot make decisions for themselves about their package of care.
