Gary Day is the Land, Design and Planning Director at Churchill Retirement Living. Before joining Churchill Gary worked for many years at McCarthy and Stone where he was Group Land and Planning Director. Gary was also an advisor to the sector-wide Retirement Housing Group during the Covid pandemic.
