Emma Pearson

Emma has been the Chief Executive of Achieve together, one of the largest providers of specialist support for working age adults in the UK since January 2020.  Working across England and Wales, Achieve together supports over 2,200 adults with a learning disability, autism or complex support requirement across 430 homes.  Through her career, Emma has worked as Chief Executive, Managing Director and Non-Executive Director across multiple organisations focussing on health, education and care, always at the interface of public and private sector.  At Capita, Emma ran the Health and Wellbeing Division covering complex services all with a focus on improving stakeholder experience and outcomes, from occupational health through to data management and disability assessment.  Emma was also previously the CEO of Entrust, at the time the largest public sector Joint Venture in Europe, responsible for educational services delivery from facilities management through to educational advisory and SEN support across 700 schools.   Both in Executive and Non-Executive roles, Emma has worked across many PPP entities enabling investment in assets for the continual improvement of delivery in education, health and social care.    With a strong focus on co-production and supporting people to live a happy, healthy and meaningful life, it was fantastic that Achieve together was recognised as Specialist Care Provider of the Year by Laing Buisson in November 2022.
