Emma heads the Healthcare Advisory team at JLL having specialised in the Healthcare sector since 2007. JLL’s healthcare team are part of the wider ‘Living’ business which gives us insight over a range of residential sectors that our clients are investing across. Emma has a wealth of experience in providing valuation advisory and consultancy services to a variety of clients in relation to a full spectrum of healthcare assets including care homes, specialist care, GP practices and private hospitals. Instructions have ranged from major investment portfolio valuations to advising on operational entities and providing strategic advice in relation to assets both in the UK and Europe. Clients include major UK and international lending and investment banks, domestic and international investment funds, individual property investors and a range of operators across the sector.
