Dr Susheel Randhawa is a GP with a Special Interest in Women’s Health and Leads the Modality Community Gynaecology Service, one of the UK’s largest integrated community Women’s Health Hubs. She has worked internationally in the UK, Australia and Malaysia, bringing a broad perspective to the delivery of women’s healthcare across different health systems. She leads the development of innovative models of care that bring specialist gynaecology and menopause services closer to home, with a focus on reducing waiting times, improving access and addressing health inequalities. Her work spans digital transformation, AI-enabled pathways, community diagnostics and population health, and she is actively involved in national and international guideline development, research and education. Dr Randhawa is passionate about harnessing innovation and FemTech to improve women’s health outcomes across the life course.
