Amit is the Founder & CEO of Peachy – the UK’s first truly digital health insurance platform targeting millennials and SMEs.
Amit serves as a Board Trustee for Independent Age – a charity focused on supporting the financial wellbeing of those at or beyond retirement age.
Until April 2019, Amit was Director of New Ventures at Bupa. As an intrapreneur he was responsible for incubating, testing and scaling innovative and compelling customer propositions.
Previously, Amit has held several Senior Roles at Bupa including Strategy & M&A Director for Bupa UK across its portfolio of businesses – private medical insurance, health & wellbeing clinics, dental clinics, nursing & residential care homes, clinical homecare, hospital services.
Prior to Bupa, he worked as a Strategy Consultant at LEK – a top tier Strategy Consulting firm – advising Fortune 500 companies and private equity investors on growth strategy and M&A across FS, Life Sciences and Healthcare.
Amit started his career in Medicine and trained as a Breast & Endocrine Surgeon working in the NHS.
