Dawn Wakeling is the Executive Director of Adults and Health at the London borough of Barnet, one of the largest London boroughs. Dawn is Chair of the London Safeguarding Adults Board, a multi-agency partnership spanning councils, the police, NHS, user representatives and criminal justice agencies that leads safeguarding development across London. She is the National Association of Directors of Adult Social Services (ADASS) joint policy lead for integrated care & personalisation. Alongside her local authority experience, Dawn has worked in the national voluntary sector and the NHS. Dawn is still a registered social worker.
