Cameron is an Executive Director at Kingsley Healthcare Group, one of the UK’s largest independent family-owned care home and home care operators, with 43 care homes and a goal of reaching 100, over 3,500 colleagues, and more than 1,800 registered beds nationwide. Kingsley is the UK’s first B Corp-certified large care group and back-to-back winner of Residential Elderly Care Provider of the Year (Large Group) at the HealthInvestor Awards in 2024 and 2025. The group also has a strong philanthropic mission through Kingsley Philanthropy, supporting communities both in the UK and internationally.
As part of the next generation of the founding Thayan family, Cameron’s remit spans finance, data, and AI innovation across the group. He is currently leading Kingsley’s AI adoption programme, driving the use of emerging technology to improve care delivery, workforce productivity, and decision-making at scale. Cameron is also the author of a research paper on AI in UK residential care.
