Angus Prentice joined Spire Healthcare Group plc as Interim Head of Investor Relations in December 2021. He was previously Head of Investor Relations at Hogg Robinson Group plc, NYSE-listed Travelport Limited and, more recently, Reach plc. Earlier in his career, Angus was a Partner at communications consultancy Brunswick Group.
Angus is particularly interested in helping companies improve their sustainability reporting by focusing on material ESG factors and their links with corporate strategy and the business model. Angus was awarded the Certificate in ESG Investing by CFA UK in 2021.
Angus trained as a chartered accountant at Arthur Andersen & Co before moving into corporate broking at Kleinwort Benson Securities. He has a BA (Hons) degree in Accountancy and Economics from Leeds University.
