Andrew Whelan is Founder and Executive Chair of Westcott Care, a UK care group developing scalable, values-led models of care delivery. He has over 25 years’ experience across health and social care as an operator, investor and adviser, including senior roles at Morgan Stanley and JPMorgan.
Andrew has led care organisations through transformation and exit, advised government and investors on the future of health and care, and was the Founding Chair of Future Care Capital. He currently focuses on building integrated “Communities of Care” to improve outcomes and long-term sustainability in the sector.
