Andrew founded Connect Health in 1989 out of frustration at the systemic and cultural inertia he encountered as a physiotherapist working in the NHS.
He has led it to become a £100m provider of community, diagnostic and surgical services to the NHS. He advises and invests in a number of other organisations in the MSK sector.
