Amy is an accomplished senior leader with extensive experience in the social care and charity sectors. Amy is currently Director at specialist tech firm Just Checking, which uses digital sensor technology to help people with dementia, learning disabilities and autism live more independently. Amy has experienced success leading teams to support people proactively, with a focus on independence, choice and autonomy. She is skilled in operations management and business development, and believes strongly that quality and ethical practice are the cornerstones of creating sustainable services. Amy’s previous senior roles have included positions at Macintyre, RNIB and the National Autistic Society.
