Al became the CEO of The London Clinic in February 2018. The London Clinic is the largest independently owned hospital in the UK. It covers a wide range of disciplines, with more than 600 consultants and 1,200 employees. It handles more than 20k inpatients and day cases a year and operates as a not-for-profit organisation.
Leadership roles prior to this were at Vodafone UK, in a variety of large scale commercial and operational disciplines. Al was also a Trustee of The London Clinic prior to becoming Chief Executive.
