Aaron has worked in the Care Sector for over 10 years, after a previous career in the hospitality industry. Aaron originally graduated university with a BSc. in Environmental Management, which has become more relevant today than ever before. He is passionate about making real changes to practice that lead to more sustainable business, and at Oakland Care he has implemented the journey to Carbon Neutrality and beyond.
