Karolina Gerlich is the CEO of The Care Workers’ Charity, where she leads the charity’s advocacy and support efforts for care workers. With over 12 years of hands-on experience in social care, Karolina’s leadership has expanded the charity’s impact on financial support, mental health initiatives, and workforce recognition. She has been awarded a Special Recognition Award at the WAGS 2025 for her contributions to the sector, and she serves on multiple advisory boards including the Leadership Board for the IMPACT Centre. Karolina is also an advocate for care worker rights and social justice, shaping national policies and ensuring that care workers are recognized for their skills and dedication.
