Barbara Staruk is Chief Product Officer at RLDatix, with nearly 25 years’ experience leading product innovation in mission‑critical health and care software. She brings a global perspective, having led teams and product portfolios across the US, UK, Europe and APAC, and across all care settings, from acute and community care to mental health, primary care and social care.
Barbara is passionate about the role technology, and increasingly AI, can play in improving health and care staff and patient outcomes. At RLDatix, she is driving innovation into our intelligent, data‑led solutions that help organisations reduce risk, improve safety and enable clinicians and health and care staff to deliver the best possible care. Her focus is on using AI responsibly to support better decision‑making, improve workflows and create safer, more effective health and care systems.
Before joining RLDatix, Barbara held senior leadership roles at Tribal Group and Optum International, where she led global product management and development functions, consistently delivering solutions aligned to the evolving needs of health and care systems worldwide.
