Dr Jones took over the role of Chief Executive Officer at Iris Care Group in January 2025.
Andy has carved a high-profile global career in strategic planning and implementation in consumer and healthcare industries.
Prior to joining Iris Care Group, Andy was the Head of Healthcare Asia for Aurelius having previously been the Global Chief Growth Officer for Australian-based international healthcare group Ramsey Health Care.
His career has also included time as Chief Operating Officer at Nuffield Health, and Board Member and Chair of the Risk Committee at Ramsay Santé.
Andy has been a policy advisor on the Public Services Improvement Group, and was also a Non-Executive Director of HotDoc, Australia’s largest patient engagement platform.
Andy studied Medicine at the University of Leeds and holds an Executive MBA from the University of Cambridge.
