Rob Martin is the CEO at Signature Senior Lifestyle, a luxury care provider. Previously Rob was the Managing Director at Anchor where he had responsibility for the running of their 121 care homes and had spent the previous twelve years. Rob has also been a board member with the National Care Forum and winner of ‘The most influential leader in Social Care’ award in 2024 by Care Talk.
Rob began his career in the Armed Forces and then started his journey in Social Care as a Registered Manager, with now over 25 years of sector experience working in the sector.
