Laura Bingham brings a wealth of frontline experience to her role at Reachout Medical, having spent over a decade as a Senior Emergency Manager in one of London’s busiest hospitals. During this time, she was responsible for leading a high-performing Emergency Department, managing clinical operations under immense pressure, and ensuring patient safety in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.
Following a career break to start her family, Laura identified a critical gap in the healthcare sector with the increasing difficulty both NHS and private hospitals faced in securing high-quality, cost-effective nursing staff. Determined to address this challenge, she co-founded Reachout Medical, where she now leads the International Travel Nurse programme.
Through Reachout Medical, Laura has pioneered an innovative staffing model that connects UK hospitals with experienced nurses from Australia, New Zealand, and Canada. Her model offers flexible 13-week rotational placements and permanent staffing options, designed to reduce agency spend while maintaining consistently high standards of patient care.Widely respected for her operational insight, leadership, and unwavering commitment to both clients and clinicians, Laura has built a strong reputation as a driving force in modernising healthcare workforce solutions across the UK.
