Prior to joining Alternative Futures Group as Director of Operations for Independent Hospitals, Rebecca held senior positions at a range of providers such as Springcare and Equilibrium Healthcare, and has a strong background in hospital management, service implementation, quality improvement, stakeholder engagement and staff empowerment.
