Alice Ainsworth is a digital transformation consultant specialising in social care and public service reform, with 20 years’ experience delivering large-scale change across the NHS, local government and the Department of Health and Social Care. She was formerly deputy director for adult social care technology at DHSC where she served as SRO for the Digitising Social Care programme.
