Originally trained in the NHS in Emergency Medicine and completing a PhD in care pathway design and implementation, Katrina moved to work for McKinsey and AViVA. She has held Executive Medical Director and non-executive director roles in the NHS and independent healthcare companies including Bupa and Dr Foster. Prior to joining AXA, Katrina worked as the chief product officer and then chief clinical content officer at Expert-24 and Doctorlink. For the past three years, Katrina has been at AXA health as head of clinical operations, and is the executive sponsor for AXA UK for carers. Katrina is a senior founding fellow of the Faculty of Medical Leadership and Management.
